I liked your post a lot. It is an all or nothing type deal. You can’t half-way do social media because it is really a 24/7 thing and if something is compromised you don’t have any time to waste to correct the problem. Your PR team has to be able to have a crisis plan because you don’t want your CEO to see that your social media is mass posting to fan pages about winning an iPad or losig weight! You need to make sure you have someone monitoring it and understanding that there’s no such thing as un-real time online!
