As a part-time Work-from-Home Client Services Representative you will be the main point of contact for consumer applicants who are looking for answers regarding our Healthcare or Retail financing programs. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing credit applications, credit bureau information, communicating credit decisions, and providing support for customer application issues. You will have the opportunity to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our Providers/Dealers and applicants.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound consumer applications.
- Review and Analyze credit applications and credit bureau information in order to make credit decisions, as per set underwriting system guidelines.
- Effectively communicate credit decisions including credit line increases.
- Exercise loan authority of $5,000 to $20,000 within compliance and risk guidelines.
- Provide guidance and education on various application channels.
- Maintain and improve customer/client relations in a high-touch, oriented environment. Qualifications/Requirements YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
- Minumum of 6 months of customer service experience of any kind.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic Math Skills – Arithmetic computation.
- Must be physically located within a 65 miles radius of the GE Money office in Tempe, AZ
- Must have or be able to obtain high-speed internet service
- Must have or be able to obtain land-line phone service
