Our client is the leader in physician revenue cycle management. They serve over 2,500 physicians nationwide. Clients include solo practices, group practices and large faculty practices in over 60 different specialties.

The primary responsibility of the New Business Development Associate is to function as an internal (inside) telesales resource. Specifically working cold calls and callbacks to develop sales leads, secure sales appointments, and manage lead follow up. The New Business Development Associate has an assigned quota to meet on a monthly basis based upon the quantity and quality of new appointments set and dials made.

Specific Job Responsibilities include:

  • Meet or exceed assigned quota soliciting via phone physician/practice decision makers to schedule appointments for the Business Development Managers and Directors
  • Respond to all lead generation efforts, but primarily focused on out-bound cold calling and contact follow up
  • Display accurate database management (Outlook)
  • Work to qualify prospect

Specific Job Skills include:

  • High level understanding and the ability to communication those benefits to every practice decision maker;
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and/or the comfort, ability and desire to advance technically;
  • Good organizational skills to ensure proper follow-up;
  • Follows direction well;

Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills/ an outstanding communicator
  • Possess exceptional “people skills” to deal with all levels within an organization
  • Follows direction well
  • Highest ethical and moral standards
  • Ability to maintain a positive mental attitude
  • Cold calling in B2B environment – proven track record for success

Qualifications
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Knowledge of advisor sold recordkeeping platforms and broker dealers.
  • Existing advisor, recordkeeper, and/or intermediary relationships.
  • Series 6 and 63
